Club Kidpreneur has developed a child friendly, three step program to help children develop their business idea.When kids join the Club Kidpreneur website they are taken through these 3 steps which, when completed, builds a comprehensive trading trading Kidpreneur business.

What do you need to think about in the READY stage, before you launch your business. When you have completed this stage there will be a certificate of incorporation to print out!
The four elements to this stage are;
1. Set a Goal
What is the goal that inspires you to get into business i.e. what will you do with your profits?
2. What is your idea/business?
What type of business would you enjoy or be good at?
3. Mission Statement
What will your business do differently, what is your promise to your customer
4. Brand
What is the name of your business, develop your branding by designing a logo to represent your brand,
SET!
The SET stage is about gathering information and becoming informed. When you have completed this stage you will be able to print out your personal business cards!
The four elements to this stage are;
1. Who?
Who will you sell it to?
2. What?
What will you sell, a product or service?
3. Why?
Why should your customers buy from you? what is your sales message to them.
4. How?
How are you going to sell to your customers? Advertising, marketing etc

You are ready to go - Club Kidpreneur provides you with the tools to help you run your business, a market stall in your nearest market, Invoce sheets to invoice clients, a P&L sheet to help you work out if you are making a profit or loss, posters and leaflets to advertise your event or items.
When you have completed this stage you have a public business page on the Club Kidpreneur site where customers can come see your products or services and contact you (via your parents or teachers email address).
